Who is responsible for customs and import rules?

Customers are responsible for ensuring ordered products comply with local import regulations. We can’t guarantee customs clearance and we don’t issue replacements/refunds for customs-related holds or seizures.

Are returns or refunds accepted?

Due to the sensitive nature of these products, sales are generally final. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details and exceptions (if any).

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and include clear photos so we can help.

Wholesale access is application-based. Once approved, your customer account will show wholesale options and you’ll receive priority support.

What is the minimum order for wholesale?

Minimum wholesale order is 10 pens.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes — volume discounts may be available depending on order size.

How does approval work and what documents are needed?

We manually review applications. You may be asked for business documentation (e.g., VAT ID/EIN/resale certificate) as part of verification.

Which payment methods are available for wholesale?

Wholesale orders are prepaid. Available payment methods are shown during checkout or quoted during invoicing (depending on your process). Usually We accept Debit and Credit Card and Paypal.

We typically review: target product(s), estimated monthly volume, destination markets, labeling requirements, and timeline.
